Russell is a founding Partner of Figtree Search, managing the Credit franchise with a focus on Capital Markets Sales and Trading.
Russell has a BA in Economics and Information Systems, graduating in 1996. He has over 14 years of financial Search and Selection experience. Prior to Figtree he was the Head of Fixed Income at Mantis Partners where he spent 8 years in London as a Senior Consultant and Director of the Global Rates, Credit and FX business. He also developed a leading research and quant franchise for the firm.
